Lost Dog
Rainy Morning. Kinda dampened our moods to wake up to a very cold morning only to find that it was raining outside.
But come what may, we still proceeded with our plans for Universal City!!
Oh! Here I am.
We took the JR Line to Nishikujo, changing to Universal City station. Ya, they have a station for their attractions.
Even before stepping into the actual Universal City itself, there's some shops lined outside with souvenirs and merchandises.
Elmo Ponchos
Streets of Universal City
Jaws
Jurassic Park
If the rain isnt enuff, this ride sure makes u wet.
We went for lunch at some make-your-own-burger restaurant. Well, its not really make your own burger, probably more like self-servicing your salads and sides only.
Halloween setups. This ghost is cute!
As most of the outdoor rides are closed due to the wet weather, all we did was to shop around (really bought a lot).
This was the only show we caught.
Live act vs animation. Woody Woodpecker!
Big Elmo and Small Elmo.
While we were shopping near the main entrance, the characters danced out of the stores for photo-taking!
Elmo
Cookie Monster
Bert
Ernie disturbing mistress by running in her direction.
Ernie talking to mini Cookie Monster
Popeye
Olive and Betty Boop gossiping
As they're constantly in motion, hyperactivity, its kinda hard to capture them alone and without blurs. Mistress took a photo each with Elmo and Ernie. In the photo with Ernie, he was hugging Mistress's striped scarf! SO cute!!
More shopping...
A lot, a lot, A LOT of Mini Elmos!
Elmo disguising as Oscar.
As we left the shop, there's another bunch of characters on the streets again.
Hello Kitty?
Eh?
The next action for that picture, Kitty came n hugged Mistress!! On her own accord~ hhehehhe. No pics for that thou, cos the other of the gang were pretty far away.
Pink Panther
Wizard of Oz
Count Dracula
Snoopy baos.
Water World
Props used in the set of WaterWorld.
Pink leaves on this branch, surrounded by the plant's natural green.
Back to the Future
Universal Globe
Entrance.
So that concludes our Universal City trip. We went back Tennoji and had our dinner at Mio. There's a Muji shop in the building and so went to take a look, which ended us up with big paper bags full of cheap purchases. A notebook selling $2.60 in SG costs only 80 Yen (SGD 1) there.
This concludes my post for today. Falling asleep already. Must be the rain.
*Mistress, can I have a poncho or an umbrella pls? Or even a plastic bag will do. I'm soaking wet hanging on ur bag!!
